Terms of Use

The Site

The Site provides information about our chair massage services for workplaces and events and ways to contact or schedule discussions with us. Using the Site does not, by itself, create a paid service contract. Event services are subject to separate confirmation, pricing, and agreement between you and Corporate Chair Massages (or as otherwise communicated in writing).

Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law to use the Site for business inquiries. The Site is directed to adults and organizational decision-makers, not children.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, related systems, or other users’ data

• Interfere with Site security, performance, or availability (including scraping or automated abuse beyond ordinary search indexing)

• Upload or transmit malware or harmful code

• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us

• Submit others’ personal information without authority to do so

We may suspend or block access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

Booking and communications

Links or embeds that open scheduling tools (including Calendly) may collect information you provide to request a conversation or event information. Submitting a request does not guarantee availability or pricing until confirmed by us.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide. You consent to us contacting you at the email and phone number you provide regarding your inquiry.

Careers and contractor inquiries

If you submit interest in joining our therapist network, you represent that information you provide is accurate. Submission does not create employment or a contractor engagement. Any engagement is subject to separate vetting, licensing verification, insurance requirements, and written terms.

Do not submit sensitive identifiers (such as SSN) through general Site forms or email unless we direct you to a secure process.

Intellectual property

Site content—including text, branding, logos, graphics, layout, and downloadable materials we provide—is owned by Corporate Chair Massages LLC or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and temporarily download pages for personal or internal business evaluation related to our services. You may not copy, scrape, republish, sell, or commercially exploit Site content without our prior written consent, except for limited fair use or as allowed by law.

Testimonials and third-party marks

Client names, logos, and testimonials may appear with permission or as publicly available feedback. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their owners. Appearance does not imply endorsement beyond the stated relationship.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CORPORATE CHAIR MASSAGES LLC AND ITS OWNERS, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF SITE USE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) SPECIFICALLY TO ACCESS THE SITE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law. These limits apply to Site use and do not automatically rewrite a signed event service contract.

Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Corporate Chair Massages LLC and its owners, contractors, and affiliates against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of others’ rights.

Privacy

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Links

Third-party websites and tools are not under our control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the Site with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction require otherwise. Courts located in Pennsylvania shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Site, except where prohibited by law.

Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
