About Booking an Event
How far in advance should I book?
While we accommodate last-minute bookings, two weeks’ notice is greatly appreciated.
What information do I need to provide?
We are happy to discuss details to best serve each customer including the number of anticipated participants, location, and how many therapists we recommend in order to accommodate.
How long is a typical chair massage session?
A typical chair massage session lasts between 10 and 20 minutes, depending on the setting and the customer’s needs.
10-minute sessions work well in busy environments like conventions and holiday parties.
15-20 minute sessions offer a fuller massage, including the arms and hands, and suit in-office wellness programs.
What are your rates?
We charge an hourly rate per LMT (Licensed Massage Therapist) which varies depending upon the market. Unlike competitors, we do not charge travel fees. Gratuity is always appreciated.
About Chair Massage
What are the benefits of chair massage?
Chair massages offer a range of benefits, making them a popular option for individuals and businesses looking to promote wellness.
Chair massages relieve muscle tension, reduce pain, improve circulation and boost immune function while enhancing concentration and cognitive function, and reducing overall stress and anxiety.
Employees feel appreciated, leading to increased job satisfaction which fosters a culture of wellness.
What should I wear for a chair massage?
Since chair massages focus on areas like the neck, shoulders, back, and arms, they are designed to be done fully clothed for convenience and accessibility; no need to change into special attire or undress.
Thin layers are preferred, as thicker clothes make it harder for the therapist to apply effective pressure.
Is chair massage safe for everyone?
Chair massage is generally safe and beneficial for most people since the sessions focus on the upper body.
Before the session begins, the therapist will conduct a brief consultation to determine if there are any recent injuries or areas to avoid, as well as any medical conditions they should be aware of.
